1. Definitions

Webforge refers to the operator of this website, identified in the page footer (company name and VAT ID), operating under the Webforge brand. Client — the individual or legal entity requesting services. Project — any work agreed upon between Webforge and the Client.

2. Services Offered

Webforge provides: web and application development, AI integration and automation, UI/UX design, technical consulting.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the developed code and design are transferred to the Client. Webforge retains the right to mention the project in its portfolio, except in cases governed by an NDA.

4. Warranty & Maintenance

Webforge provides a maintenance period of 30-90 days after launch, including bug fixes and technical support.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
