Privacy Policy

1. Data Controller

The controller of your data is the operator of this website, identified in the page footer (company name and VAT ID). For any data-related request, contact us at [email protected].

2. What Data We Collect

Through the contact form we collect: name, email address, phone (optional), project type, estimated budget and your message. This data is stored in our secured database and also reaches us via internal notifications (email). To protect against abuse, your IP address is processed temporarily when the form is submitted (rate limiting), without being stored alongside your request.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics for traffic statistics only if you consent via the cookie banner. Without your consent, no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is remembered locally in your browser.

For blog articles we count views without cookies and without storing your IP address: we record the article, language, reading time, how much of the article was read, the site you came from and an anonymous identifier (hash) derived from your IP address and browser, which changes daily and cannot be linked to you.

4. Shared Presentations

For presentation pages shared via private link (/p/...), we collect viewing statistics: session time and duration, device and browser type, and an anonymised identifier (hash) derived from the IP address — the plain IP address is not stored.

5. Purpose of Processing

Data is used exclusively to: (a) respond to your inquiries, (b) contact you regarding the discussed project, (c) aggregate traffic statistics (only with consent). We do not sell or rent your data; it may be processed by our technical providers (hosting, email) strictly to operate the service.

6. Retention

We keep contact-form requests for as long as they are needed for the business conversation, and no longer than 3 years from the last contact. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro). To exercise your rights: [email protected].

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (restricted access, encryption in transit, secure authentication) to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to update this policy. Any change will be published on this page with its date.
