An accounting platform that extracts, reconciles and manages invoices, bank statements and taxes for Romanian businesses through an AI chat interface.
The Challenge
Businesses and accountants were losing hours manually keying in supplier invoices, matching them against bank-statement payments and tracking VAT, fiscal periods and asset depreciation. Every supplier used a different invoice layout, and transcription errors and missed payment deadlines were common.
Our Solution
We built a full-stack platform with a Django/DRF backend and a React frontend where users upload documents or issue natural-language commands to an AI assistant. It learns each supplier's template for automatic extraction, reconciles invoices against bank transactions, converts currencies at the BNR rate, and manages issued invoices, monthly and quarterly financial periods, tax payment orders and asset depreciation. OAuth email integration pulls invoices straight from the inbox.
